Notes
  1. GST Extra as applicable from time to time.
  2. Installation charges are not refundable and non transferable.
  3. Renewal of Broadband charges are payable in advance as per plan opted i.e. Quarterly, Halfyearly & Yearly.
  4. Monthly Plans applicable for 30 days, Quarterly Plans for 90 days, Half Yearly Plans for 180 days and Yearly Plans for 365 days.
  5. All Disputes are subject to LUCKNOW Jurisdictions only.
  6. Subscription cheques will be issued in Favour of "RICHA TELECOM" or Through Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS. No CASH Payment please.
  7. Limited Period Offer. The above plans are subject to guidelines/directions issued by TRAI or any other statutory authority from time to time.
